Summary: The hotel is lovely. Our room was a little musty smelling but otherwise good. We were disappointed that the heat/air-conditioning were stuck at 73°. We like it a bit cooler for sleeping.

Summary: Old, worn down hotel. Embassy Suites is a hotel of the past, this place needs a makeover. Gross carpet flooring that was frayed at the seems, mismatched tile and hardwood flooring. Will not stay at this hotel chain again.

Summary: We were given a room on the top floor. It was hot because the AC was not working properly. I immediately asked if we could change rooms and was told they were fully booked. But when I thought to check later, there were still rooms available. Maintenance didn

Summary: Check-in was good - was told at check in the would get a crib up since I requested one during online booking. Crib never came. AC in room couldn’t keep room cooler than 75 and there was no way to increase airflow so baby was upset overnight and kept everyone from sleeping.

Summary: Embassy Suites is clean, comfortable, and consistent. The daily breakfast buffet is always nice. Only downside was the dim lighting in our suite and smell of mustiness. We purchased a spray from Target across the street and it didn’t go away.
